Appointments are made by phone, text, or the contact form on this site, and times are confirmed directly with us. We run a small, one-on-one mobile schedule, so your reserved time is held just for your dog.
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another dog that needs it.

Grooming can involve certain inherent risks, including minor cuts, nicks, or abrasions, skin irritation from pre-existing conditions, and stress or behavioral reactions. While every precaution is taken, you acknowledge these risks may occur.
You agree to disclose any medical, behavioral, or skin conditions before grooming. Severely matted coats may require humane shaving, which can expose or irritate the skin, and you consent to the humane removal of matting.
If a pet displays unsafe behavior, grooming may be stopped for the safety of the pet and the groomer, and you agree to pay for services completed up to that point. You release and hold harmless Alamo Pet Spa from liability arising from grooming services except in cases of gross negligence.
For the safety of every dog groomed, please let us know about your dog's health and vaccination status when you book. A current rabies vaccination is recommended for all dogs receiving grooming services.
